Discover Corbridge
Hardbox
Welcome to Corbridge! Here, you’ll discover some of the oldest architecture in Britain. St. Andrew’s Church, for instance, located right in the heart of the marketplace. See if you can spot the eagle on the church tower, it’s just one of many Roman artefacts scattered throughout our charming village.
Here at Hardbox, you’ll find even more history. We proudly display a Roman statue on the exterior of our barn, overlooking the courtyard. Just below, you’ll see a pair of stone heads. You don’t have to go far to soak in the rich history of Corbridge.

Our six en-suite guestrooms have been recently refurbished and are individually decorated, featuring traditional art pieces and tea and coffee facilities in every room.

About Hardbox
Hardbox has a fantastic selection of gins, whiskeys, rums, and vodkas, along with a great range of bottled ales from across our region. We also feature two rotating cask ale hand pulls. You’ll always find a favorite from Timothy Taylors, plus a fantastic ale from one of our local brewers.
Our menu is all about hearty pub grub that’s great value for money. We serve the best Steak & Ale pie and Fish & Chips around! We have six en-suite hotel rooms—five doubles and one twin. One room has a bath, while the other five have showers.
In the bar, we have two large HD televisions showing all the sports on Sky, BT, and sometimes Amazon and Box Office events. Our two cask hand pulls are always on rotation. Timothy Taylor’s ales, like Landlord, Boltmaker, and Knowle Spring, always have a spot, and we rotate the other pump with ales from our favorite local breweries. There’s always something from the region to enjoy!
